Hear are the steps that I love from the book
1) Read 10 pages per day and before ya know it, you read 15 personal development books in one year. This is a lot of books and a lot of information that you’re missing out on because reading seems like an added pressure instead of a relaxing pastime.
2) In the morning write down 3 things that you are grateful for
This sets your day on fire and helps you to remember why you should be happy!
3) Journal in the morning for 2 min about one positive experience you had over the past 24 hrs. This is another form of gratitude.
4) Bring meditation and or Yoga into your life – Breathing & Relaxing. This will always help you to stay centered, keep all of life in perspective, and can be great for your body.
5) Perform many Random Act of Kindness each day — tell someone “Thank YOU”
6) Exercise Daily… 15-30 min minimal…. boost your hormones and reduce your stress
